Treatment Fees
Below is a basic list of fees for our various services. However, your final cost will be determined by the complexity of your individual treatment and the tooth being treated. Therefore, we’ll provide you with a personalized fee schedule prior to therapy. At this time, we’ll also settle any concerns about fees, insurance coverage and procedures.

We request payment for our professional services at the time they are rendered. Therefore, please plan to pay your fees in full at the time of treatment. We’ll offer you a 5% courtesy when you pay in full with cash or check; or a 3% courtesy when you pay in full with a credit card. We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER CARD.
- Consultation Fee - $100
- Emergency Treatment Fee - $200
- Post w/ Crown Build-up $300
- Post Removal -$100
- Oral Sedation/Consult Required - $200
- Nitrous Oxide -$50
The following root canal fees include examination, diagnostic x-ray, treatment procedure, temporary filling, and follow-up examination if needed.
- Anterior (Front) Teeth - $900
- Bicuspid Teeth -$1,000
- Molar Teeth -$1,100
- Root Surgery - $1,200
Additional Situations:
- If a tooth is calcified, or if re-treatment is required, you’ll incur an additional charge of $100
- If a Biopsy is required, you will be billed separately by the Oral Pathology Department, University Of Oklahoma College Of Dentistry. If you provide the requested billing information and a copy of your medical insurance card, they will be glad to file the claim for you.
